“The entire team at Harcourts Coastal has worked extremely hard to achieve what they have,” said Harcourts Queensland CEO Brendan Whipps. “The office has seen a year on year market share increase and the number of listings grow by almost 20 per cent. This achievement is particularly impressive given the challenges facing the residential market.”
