The team at Harcourts Alliance was named Harcourts Western Australia’s top office for the quarter, April-June 2017, at the state network’s recent Quarterly Awards. Held 3 August at Burswood on Swan, in Perth, the recognition program brings together business owners and real estate professionals to celebrate their achievements.
The office, based in Joondalup and owned by Ben Bernacki and Lisa Bernacki, also won recognition for sales associate and area manager Creagh Ferdinands, who recently reached $350 million in sales.
“The entire team at Harcourts Alliance has worked extremely hard to achieve what they have,” said Harcourts Western Australia CEO Paul Blakeley. “The office has seen a year on year market share increase in value of over 35 per cent. This achievement is particularly impressive given the challenges facing the Perth market.”
The number one salesperson in Western Australia was awarded to Eric Hartanto from Harcourts Applecross, who also reached the $350 million in sales. Mr Hartanto and Mr Ferdinands joined an elite level in sales, previously only attained by two other sales persons in the state.
Angela Roberts of Harcourts Mandurah was named Rising Star of the Quarter based on her total sales.
The team at Harcourts Ross Realty was named Harcourts Western Australia’s top office for total gross revenue per sales consultant, notable as they have only been in business for six months.
Liza Hogan from Harcourts Mandurah was recognised as the top business development for property management.
The Excellence in Property Management award went to Bernie Francis of Harcourts Regal, in Atwell.
