Harcourts Australia welcomes a new office to one of the most popular suburbs in Australia

Oct 1, 2021 6:15:00 AM

The most popular suburbs for property deals have been revealed in the latest Domain House Price Report, and Point Cook in Victoria was the third most popular location in Australia with 1154 transactions, up 6.2 per cent this year.

This relatively affordable growth corridor attracts renters who aspire to buy and is also home to high levels of new building.

Today, Harcourts Australia opens a new office in Point Cook with a veteran property professional, Eyad Khudruj.

Eyad has been in the real estate industry for 22 years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the property market in Point Cook, Sanctuary Lakes and the surrounding areas.

According to CEO of Harcourts Australia Marcus Williams, multi-lingual family man Eyad is passionate about real estate and sets high standards for performance and service within the industry.

"During his career, he has helped hundreds of families in the western suburbs purchase a new home or sell their home with outstanding results," Mr Williams said.

"Eyad is dedicated to his job and consistently achieves great results. He offers all of his client's superior service and attributes his success in the industry to his dedication to great service and commitment to excellence."

Eyad Khudruj has a strong team that, together, have been servicing Point Cook for more than 20 years.

"I love Point Cook. It's a great place to raise a family - mine has four kids - and it's a friendly community, with modern estates and excellent schools like Alamanda," Mr Khudruj said.

"The Sanctuary Lakes is effectively a resort with man-made lakes and islands where million-dollar homes are a big buyer attraction."

"I joined Harcourts because it's a large organisation that is local, national and international. I like the people and have worked well previously with the CEO, Marcus Williams, from our Ray White days."

"Harcourts resonates with me as the culture is family-centric, and I believe in core values, as does the Harcourts brand."

"Real estate has been all I have ever done - it's not a job, it's a lifestyle - and I am proud to have helped hundreds of family members in all aspects of property."
