Harcourts and ActivePipe launch major lead partnership

Up to 1500 Harcourts sales consultants will start engaging with their contacts to uncover more leads as part of one of the largest lead nurturing partnerships in Australian residential real estate.

Harcourts has partnered with ActivePipe to make state-of-the-art email marketing and lead nurturing available to every sales consultant in the Harcourts group in Australia on the HarcourtsOne platform as part of a co-funded trial.

ActivePipe will execute tens of thousands of highly targeted emails to the contacts within HarcourtsOne on behalf of Harcourts sales consultants, and identify existing contacts who are ready to act, and simultaneously clean up the data and recognise contact intention.

Marcus Williams, CEO of Harcourts Group Australia said the program is designed to empower Harcourts sales consultants to embrace digital marketing and lead nurturing to enhance how they connect with sellers, buyers and investors.

“ActivePipe uses extremely clever automation and AI to identify the intentions of contacts and classify them so they receive information relevant to their property journey,” said Mr Williams.

“It then starts to nurture those contacts through valuable emails that feel very personal and are specific to the needs of the person receiving the email. This kind of technology supports agents to deliver a better and more connected human service to more of their clients, which is the future of real estate.”

The CEO and founder of ActivePipe, Ashley Farrugia, said he was delighted to be working with Harcourts.

The Harcourts trial of ActivePipe is being staggered across states and will last for three months.
