Harcourts Group Australia has been named the Gold Winner in the Real Estate category at the Reader’s Digest 2018 Quality Service Awards. The awards are determined by a public vote and recognise companies that deliver outstanding customer service.

Market research agency Catalyst surveyed 1,500 respondents who were asked to nominate a service provider in 40 categories, including real estate sales. To qualify to vote on a category, they must have used a service provider from that industry.
Survey respondents were asked to rank their experience on the listed companies according to these questions: Was an individual customer experience provided? Was a genuine insight into the customer’s need demonstrated? Were the customer’s expectations met or, even better, exceeded? Was a consistently high-quality service delivered?
Harcourts’ consistently high scores across the board ensured its win for the Real Estate category with customers recognising the professional service and staff who are “knowledgeable and friendly throughout the sales process,” according to feedback.
“Our focus has been, and remains, on strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients, as well as continuing to invest in our team and our business,” said Mr Williams.
Harcourts Australia came out on top over other real estate networks including Ray White, LJ Hooker, McGrath and Century 21.

The 2018 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Award continues the client service accolades achieved by Harcourts Australia, having recently won the Game Changer of the Year – Innovation and Best New Office by Real Estate Business, Large Network of the Year by RateMyAgent, and the Contribution to Community Award by Realestate.com.au.
Reader’s Digest introduced the Quality Service Awards in 2015, offering Australian consumers the opportunity to share their views about companies that consistently deliver the best customer service.
