Along with a new milestone of having sold over $1B worth of properties throughout his career.

“Perth luxury property is very liquid. Anyone who has sold since Covid hit has sold well thanks to high demand and low supply,’ he explains.

“Perth is considered a safe haven and so we’re attracting record interest from expats in USA, Europe, and Asia, including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia; as well as some more surprising influxes of buyers from Australia’s eastern states.

Over 17 years, he’s been consistently at the top of his game and this year has been no different. Once again, at this year’s annual REIWA’s ball he claimed the coveted Grand Master title; a title he has attained for nine consecutive years. For seven years, he’s been the “best in blue”, as the leading Harcourts agent in his state. He sits second in the ranking for Top Assisted Salesperson by Value Sold across the entire industry in WA; though he’s held first place on previous occasions.
