All About Virtual Appraisals

Sep 11, 2020 3:10:50 PM

Considering selling and looking for an up-to-date assessment of your property? While metro Melbourne is in lockdown and many others prefer virtual meetings, you can still find out what your property may be worth.

Our team of professional agents are happy to conduct virtual appraisals during this time. With social distancing in mind, your Harcourts team of professionals is using the latest communications technology to view your property remotely in a way that is both effective and safe for everyone involved.

How do I arrange a virtual appraisal?

Use the Harcourts.com.au website to find your local Harcourts office or agent and click on the ‘Sell’ option at the top to organise a free, no-obligation property appraisal and find out how much your property may be worth in today’s market.

How do I participate?

Once your appraisal is booked, one of our agents will contact you over the phone via FaceTime, Skype, WhatsApp or whatever you're most comfortable with so we can see your property through your eyes.

What should I expect of the appointment?

The process is very simple and just like calling family and friends on a video call. During the appointment, you will provide details of your property as required, provide a walking tour of the property through your video.

How do I receive my appraisal report?

Following your appointment, your agent will send across your appraisal report via email

I would like to take the next step and engage you to sell my home, what is the process?

While we continue to adhere to social distancing restrictions, we are fully equipped with digital authorities.

Our team can send a digital authority via email, along with a marketing schedule you have agreed upon, which you can sign in the comfort of your own home.

Our team can then proceed to market your home and work to achieve an excellent result for you!
