At the gala 2018 REIWA.com (Real Estate Institute of Western Australia) awards, Harcourts won three top-five awards. Eric Hartanto, of Harcourts Applecross, was named the #3 top assisted salesperson, Harcourts Alliance named #4 office and Harcourts Mandurah #5 office in the state.
With previous state wins as a top-performing sales consultant, Eric Hartanto also was named REIWA Grand Master 2017/2018 for the sixth consecutive year.
“I would like to thank my clients for their continued support and trust, the team at Harcourts Applecross and last but not least my beloved family,” said Mr Hartanto. “It's been a challenging year for the WA real estate market, but opportunities are still there.”
His best advice to anyone facing a difficult market, “Keep persisting, do your very best and everything will fall in place.”
The recognition is especially meaningful to Wayne Davey, business owner of Harcourts Mandurah.

As the state’s fourth most successful office across all real estate groups, Harcourts Alliance was ranked #5 across Harcourts Australia and #22 globally.

Over 550 real estate professionals and guests attended the 2018 reiwa.com Awards Ball at Crown Perth on 25 August, which celebrated WA’s top performing agents in the 2017-18 financial year. In honour of the Institute’s centenary this year, the 2018 reiwa.com Awards Ball was themed around the roaring 20s. Guests were entertained by Sally Cooper and Boys in the Band, with Tim Gossage as MC.
