Looking to capitalise on the growing strength of the Harcourts name in the market, two business owners have opened the latest Western Australia franchise, Harcourts Initiative.
Alex Dabag and John Tran have a combined 26 years of real estate knowledge in the northern region of Perth. And with a considerable refer and repeat client base across Mirrabooka, Balga, Girrawheen, Marangaroo, Alexander Heights, Koondoola, Ballajura, Beechboro and Bennett Springs, the time felt right to join a major brand known for its track record and culture of support.
“The values we witnessed from the Harcourts WA state support team of loyalty, integrity and hard work align with our own values of how we operate our business,” said Mr Dabag (photo right).
“The company’s technology, tools and coaching for success are exemplary and were a real draw as John and I credit planning, goal setting and a lot of hard work as the key activities that have led to our success.”
Mr Dabag began his real estate career in 2010 after a successful stint in fashion retail. In his first year of real estate, he was won a rookie sales award, the first of many that saw him recognised for achievements in volume of business written and his status as the 2013 number one sales consultant. After eight years of dominating the market year after year, he decided to embark on his new adventure as one of the directors in Harcourts Initiative.
With more than 18 years in the industry, Mr Tran has successfully sold and represented over 500 homes during his career and in excess of $150 million dollars’ worth of real estate. His long-standing commitment and hard work have seen him receive numerous awards, as well as achieve for his clients some of the highest prices recorded in Mirrabooka and surrounding suburbs.
“We really enjoy helping people get to their next destination in life,” said Mr Tran (photo left). “And we find that being known for really listening and acting on our clients’ wishes is what sets us apart. The area we work and live in has been extremely friendly and we really appreciate all the support we have received in starting our new business. Our core team includes standout local sales consultant Terry Vo and head of property management Rebecca Barnes, and we will be bringing on new team members in the near future to extent the service we are able to provide.”
Born and raised in Perth and graduated from Mercy College, Mr Tran is both a licensee and active sales consultant, holding diplomas in real estate and property services. His community involvements include the Motor Neuron Disease Association WA, Cancer Council WA, and Red Cross Appeal.
Paul Blakeley, Harcourts WA state CEO praised the duo on their initiative. “Partnering with John and Alex in this part of Perth will help Harcourts continue to expand our market share in WA. With the addition of Harcourts Initiative, this takes our total office numbers to 24, with further expansion expected in the coming months.”
Harcourts Initiative is located at 5/23 Bonner Drive, Malaga, Perth and can be reached at tel:(08) 6154 4700 or through email firstname.lastname@example.org.
