NAI Harcourts has named Jason Luckhardt as its Australia National Manager.

Mr Luckhardt will be responsible for leading the Australia business, driving the company’s strategic operations, revenue and growth across the country, and will report into Harcourts Group Australia CEO Marcus Williams. 304-Jason-Luckhardt

“We are very fortunate to have someone of Jason’s calibre spearheading our commercial group of franchisees,” said Mr Williams.

“His reputation in the commercial property industry spans far and wide, and we are very much looking forward to the next phase of growth for the NAI Harcourts business, alongside our Harcourts residential franchise group. We believe it is a unique combination of expertise that is needed in the marketplace.”

Mr Luckhardt agreed and noted that NAI Harcourts is a brand that has great potential for clients.

“We’re well-connected. Being an affiliate of Harcourts means many of our offices work alongside the residential businesses,” he said.

“In fact, I like to say to our commercial clients that ‘we know where your buyers live’. Most commercial property businesses are so large that they only work with buyers such as funds and corporate identities. Not NAI Harcourts. For us, it’s always a relationship with a client, and connecting their needs.

“Harcourts has some great momentum, being the third largest residential brand in Australia. With NAI Harcourts we have an opportunity to be a fresh alternative in the market.”

For the past seven years, Mr Luckhardt has served as Director in the NAI Harcourts Gold Coast office. He brings nearly 30 years working across most areas of the commercial property market, including sales and management, property development and asset management. Clients have included major accounting firms, banking corporations and government departments in the areas of asset structuring, through to major franchise groups and management consortiums in site acquisitions.

In recent years Mr Luckhardt was general manager of a development company specialising in master-planned projects, including a Seaside Golf Resort in Townsville, The Exchange Building in Beenleigh and several golf and prestigious riverfront residential projects.
