Stephanie Williams, of Harcourts Williams in Adelaide, South Australia, was named to Real Estate Business’s (REB) Top 50 Women in Real Estate. The ranking celebrates the industry’s leading women and recognises the contribution they make to the incredibly high-performance standards the industry demands of its top achievers.
At the Harcourts Australia National Conference, held 27-29 May at The Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, outstanding performers were named across 31 categories in residential and commercial sales, property management and business achievements.
At the 2019 Real Estate Institute of Australia Awards for Excellence, Harcourts Huon Valley won Medium Residential Agency of the Year.
“Winning the medium agency of the year for Australia is exciting and humbling for our office coming from a country town in Tasmania where we are not in the national real estate spotlight,” said Harcourts Huon Valley business owner Nick Bond.
Leading global real estate franchise group, Harcourts International, has announced the expansion of the growing Harcourts USA network. Global real estate pioneer Glen Coutinho has joined the Harcourts USA team as Director of Growth & Training, for the Pacific Region, and will become owner of a new office in Beverly Hills.
The Harcourts Foundation, the charitable arm of Harcourts Group Australia, announced grants to seven Australian charities during its most recent quarterly funding round. A total of $57,386 was donated across Australia to benefit charities serving the communities where Harcourts employees live and work.

Leading global real estate franchise group, Harcourts International, has announced that Ben Brady has been named Regional Director for the Harcourts Pacific Region in the U.S. He will step into this new role in January 2019 replacing Rob Forde, who was recently named Chief Operating Officer International for Harcourts International.
